StartupCourt AI-Enabled Founder Growth Program

A six-session founder growth experience for Calgary entrepreneurs

Move from idea, prototype, or early traction toward stronger execution, clearer revenue pathways, and AI-enabled business growth.

Program Timeline: Cohort 1 - September 2026 – September 2026
Format: Six sessions | Hybrid delivery | Calgary

Call for Participants

StartupCourt is inviting Calgary-area founders to apply for the AI-Enabled Founder Growth Program, a hands-on founder development experience designed to help entrepreneurs build practical business systems, adopt AI tools, and prepare for growth.

This program is built for early-stage founders who are actively working on a technology-enabled business and are ready to make measurable progress. Through six practical sessions, participants will work directly on their own businesses, receive advisor feedback, and build the assets they need to validate customers, improve sales, understand their numbers, use AI productively, and communicate their business more clearly.

The program especially welcomes immigrant, newcomer, women, racialized, student, and underrepresented entrepreneurs who are building in Calgary or creating economic impact in the Calgary region.

Why This Program Exists

Many promising founders do not fail because they lack ideas. They struggle because they lack the systems, support, tools, networks, and structured execution needed to turn early activity into traction.

The AI-Enabled Founder Growth Program helps close that gap.

StartupCourt is creating a practical pathway for founders who are between inspiration and acceleration — founders who may have an idea, prototype, early customers, or early revenue, but need stronger business foundations before entering formal accelerator, investor, or growth-stage programs.

This is not a lecture series. It is a founder build lab.

Every session is designed to help participants create something useful for their business.

What Founders Will Build

By participating fully in the program, founders will work toward completing:

A customer validation map

A sales pipeline and outreach system

A customer acquisition sprint

A working financial model

A personalized AI productivity playbook

An AI tool deployment plan

A pitch deck or investor-ready narrative

A 90-day growth plan

A founder growth capstone for showcase readiness

These tools are designed to help founders keep building after the program ends.
